PT Skill 

A complement to your regular training.

PT Skill are shorter personal training packages aimed at improving a specific skill. Perhaps you have been training Crossfit for some time or just started training, but are seeing slow progress in specific areas. Getting enough attention to learn proper technique during a fully booked gym class can be hard, so PT Skill is a package which will help you to close the gaps in your fitness.

This package also works if you usually train alone, and want some professional advice on technique.

Some examples of what we can work on in PT Skill:

  • Snatch

  • Clean and Jerk

  • Double Unders

  • Handstand Walk

  • Pull ups

  • Deadlift

  • Toes to Bar

Pricing

  • 500kr/hr for 3 hours focused on improving one skill

  • For those who want a bit of extra time to work on their skills, the rate is 700kr/hr

  • If more than 5 sessions are required for a skill, the standard individual personal training rate will be used.
